Choosing a Unit

How do I choose a unit?

Browse the available residential units or land opportunities, open the unit page, and review the price, area, developer, unit type, and unit code.

What is the unit code?

The unit code is the unique reference for each unit. It is used to match the product page, contract, upload form, and internal review process.

Can I contact someone before choosing?

Yes. You can contact the sales team if you need help comparing units or understanding the reservation process.

Contracts

Where do I download the agreement?

Each unit page has a Download Contract button. The contract is linked to the selected unit’s unique code.

Is every contract different?

Yes. Each unit should have its own designated contract linked to its unit code.

What should I check before signing?

Check the unit code, unit details, personal information, price/payment terms, and required signatures.

What if the agreement button is not available?


It means the contract has not been uploaded yet. Contact the sales team for support.

After Signing

Where do I upload the signed agreement?

Use the Upload Signed Contract page.

What information do I need to upload?

You need your full name, phone number, email address, unit code, project/unit name, and the signed contract file.

Can I upload the wrong agreement by mistake?

If the uploaded contract does not match the unit code, the submission may be rejected or delayed.

What file should I upload?

Upload a clear signed copy of the contract. PDF is preferred, but image files may be accepted depending on the upload form settings.

Payment

Can I pay directly on the product page?

No. Payment is not completed directly on the unit page. The contract must be reviewed first.

When will I receive the payment link?

After the team reviews your signed contract and confirms the unit availability.

Is the payment link secure?

Yes. The payment link will be sent after approval through the approved checkout/payment process.

What happens after I pay?

After successful payment, the team will confirm your reservation and update the unit status internally.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

El-Shams Services

Is El-Shams Estates selling the property directly?

No. El-Shams Estates provides purchase support and coordination services for selected real estate opportunities.

Does signing the agreement confirm ownership?

No. Signing and uploading the agreement starts the review process. Ownership or final reservation is subject to approval, legal documentation, and successful payment.

Will I need a Power of Attorney?

Depending on the required actions, you may need to provide a notarized or legalized Power of Attorney or authorization.

Can El-Shams Estates buy under my name?

El-Shams Estates can coordinate purchase steps on your behalf, subject to the signed agreement and any required legal authorization.

Reservations

Is the unit reserved after I upload the agreement?

No. Uploading the signed contract does not confirm the reservation.

When is the reservation confirmed?

The reservation is confirmed only after internal approval and successful payment.

Can availability change after I upload?

Yes. Availability may change before final confirmation.

What does “Under Review” mean?

It means a signed contract or reservation request is being checked by the team.

What does “Reserved” mean?

It means the reservation has been accepted or payment has been completed, depending on the team’s internal process.

What does “Sold” mean?

It means the unit is no longer available.

Submitting a signed contract does not confirm the reservation. The unit is only confirmed after internal review and successful payment. Availability may change before final confirmation. Incorrect or incomplete contracts may be rejected.
